I can’t believe this is happening… and I didn’t realize it was until I watched this video. Some people are absolutely disgusting.
I couldn’t even finish watching this. That is fucking ridiculous.
This is just cruel.
Sadly this doesn’t surprise me. I’ve known about this, and it’s sad that people don’t know that it’s happening. One book that I’ve read recently that speaks about this issue is Song for Night by Chris Albani. Great book with a beautiful description of what is going on nowadays. I highly recommend it for everyone to read.
I think the world does need to be aware that there ARE child soldiers around the world. I have to agree with the statement above me, “I’m not surprised.” I’ve known this fact for a while. It’s just never been brought up in the media. Nor on tumblr (that I have seen of) until now.
